Due to the nature of our business being custom. National Tool Grinding does not accept returns on our custom items purchased from birdguard.com. In the event of a manufacturer's defect we will willingly replace the product for the exact product free of defects. In the event of a defect please contact us at 814-455-9400 and provide proof of defect within 14 days of receiving the product.
